All orders are shipped through our trusted insured courier partners, ensuring every piece reaches you with the utmost care.
We offer standard shipping only, as we prioritise secure handling over speed.

At present, we deliver exclusively within India.
International shipping will be introduced soon as we expand our services globally.

Our handcrafted pieces require careful handling and secure transit.
Delivery typically takes 10–15 days, while select metro and nearby locations may receive their orders within 7–10 days

Please note: Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available for our premium handcrafted pieces.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive real-time tracking updates via Email and WhatsApp, so you can follow your jewellery’s journey from our studio to your doorstep

To maintain seamless processing, the payment method cannot be modified once the order is placed.

As each piece is prepared with care, orders can only be cancelled or edited within 2 hours of placing them.

To preserve hygiene, craftsmanship quality, and exclusivity, we do not accept returns or exchanges once a product is sold. Every piece undergoes strict quality checks before dispatch.
