1. SCOPE & ACCEPTANCE
1.1 These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern all purchases made from Pasidii Jewellers, Hyderabad (“Seller”).
1.2 By placing an order, signing the invoice, or taking delivery, the Client acknowledges full acceptance of these Terms.
1.3 These Terms override any verbal assurances or assumptions.

2. PRODUCT DESCRIPTION & VARIATIONS
2.1 All images, videos and descriptions are for representation only. Minor variations in colour, weight, polish, finishing, and gemstone appearance are natural in handmade jewellery.
2.2 Natural stones and diamonds may show inclusions, tint, natural flaws or variations under certain lighting. These are not defects.

3. INSPECTION & ACCEPTANCE
3.1 The Client must inspect the jewellery at delivery and verify:
•metal purity (11K/14K/18K/22K/24K)
•hallmark
•weight
•size and fit
•stones and settings
•finishing, polish and craftsmanship
3.2 Any lab test or purity check must be requested before delivery.
3.3 Once the item is accepted / packet opened / worn / taken home, no complaint of defect, loss, damage, quality or weight discrepancy is admissible.

4. SILVER JEWELLERY (92.5)
4.1 Silver naturally oxidises / darkens due to air, sweat, perfume, humidity and usage. This is not a defect.
4.2 Silver is soft and prone to bending under pressure; this is not a defect.
4.3 Stone loss, prong loosening, scratches, dents, bending, colour change, or dullness due to use or storage will not be considered defects.
4.4 Cleaning, polishing, repairing, soldering, tightening, coating etc. are available only at additional cost.
4.5 All repair charges must be borne by the Client.
4.6 No return, refund or exchange on silver jewellery for any reason whatsoever.

5. GOLD JEWELLERY (11K/14K/18K/22K/24K)
5.1 Gold is soft and will scratch, bend, dent, deform or lose polish with use.
5.2 Lightweight, hollow, and 11KT jewellery require delicate handling; damage from usage is not a defect.
5.3 For studded gold jewellery (CZ, moissanite, gemstones, polki, kundan, etc.), Pasidi is not liable for:
•stone loss
•prong loosening
•enamel wear
•chemical reaction
•moisture or sweat damage
•breakage due to pulling or impact
5.4 Hinges, locks, screws and springs naturally loosen with regular use; this is not a defect.
5.5 Rhodium plating and polish fade with use; re-polishing/re-rhodium is chargeable.
5.6 Resizing is possible only for certain designs and is chargeable.

6. DIAMOND & GEMSTONE JEWELLERY
6.1 The client must check diamond quality (4Cs), certificates and stone settings before delivery.
6.2 Diamond/gemstone jewellery requires delicate handling; micro-settings and prongs may loosen with wear.
6.3 Pasidi is not liable for:
•lost stones
•chipped, cracked or scratched stones
•prongs weakening due to wear
•movement-related wear & tear
6.4 Certificates (GIA/IGI/SGL) are provided where applicable. Lost certificates will incur reissue charges borne by the Client.
6.5 Stone tightening, cleaning, polishing and maintenance are chargeable services.

7. LOOSE DIAMONDS & GEMSTONES
7.1 Loose stones must be fully inspected and verified before purchase.
7.2 Once sold, no return, refund, upgrade or exchange is permitted, whether certified or uncertified.
7.3 Pasidi is not liable for chipping, cracking, breakage or scratches after delivery.
7.4 Certificate re-issuance fees (if applicable) must be borne by the Client.

8. REPAIRS, ALTERATIONS & THIRD-PARTY INTERFERENCE
8.1 All repairs, soldering, resizing, polishing and stone resetting at Pasidi are chargeable.
8.2 Any jewellery altered, repaired or polished by external jewellers voids all warranty, goodwill support and responsibility from Pasidi.
8.3 Pasidi will not be responsible for additional damage discovered during repair attempts on worn jewellery (common in old/delicate pieces).

9. RETURNS, EXCHANGE & BUYBACK POLICY (PASIDI-SPECIFIC RULES)
This is now customized EXACTLY to your business rules:
🚫 9.1 NO EXCHANGE ON USED ORNAMENTS
Once an ornament is used, worn, tried, handled, scratched, bent, altered, resized or even micro-used,
Pasidii will NOT accept it back under any circumstance.
No exceptions.

🚫 9.2 NO BUYBACK ON ANY ORNAMENTS
Pasidi does not provide buyback on:
•gold ornaments
•studded jewellery
•silver items
•diamonds
•gemstones
Under any circumstances.

✅ 9.3 EXCHANGE ONLY FOR GOLD COINS & GOLD BARS
Pasidi allows exchange ONLY on:
•gold coins
•gold bars
Conditions:
•Only gold purity (net metal weight) will be valued.
•Making charges, packaging charges, mark-ups and taxes are non-refundable.
•Damaged, cut, melted or tampered coins/bars will not be accepted.
•Exchange is allowed only once, and only when the coin/bar is bought from Pasidi.

🚫 9.4 NO EXCHANGE ON ANY ORNAMENTS OF ANY KIND
No exchange is allowed on:
•silver jewellery
•gold jewellery
•studded jewellery
•diamond jewellery
•gemstone jewellery
Even if unworn at home.
Pasidi only honours exchange for coins/bars, not ornaments.

10. SHIPPING (ONLINE / COURIER DELIVERIES)
10.1 Parcels are packed securely; tamper-proof packaging must be inspected at delivery.
10.2 If the parcel is tampered/damaged, the Client must refuse delivery.
10.3 Unboxing video is strongly recommended for courier-related claims.
10.4 Risk transfers to the Client after successful delivery confirmation.

11. PRICING, TAXES & ERRORS
11.1 All taxes/charges applicable at the time of purchase must be borne by the Client.
11.2 Obvious system/pricing errors give Pasidi the right to cancel or modify the order with full refund.

12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
12.1 Pasidi will not be responsible for:
•jewellery damaged after delivery
•stone loss
•oxidation or polish fading
•any wear-and-tear
•loss, theft or misplacement
•sentimental value or perceived value loss
12.2 Maximum liability, if ever applicable, is strictly limited to:
repair labour cost only, at Pasidi’s discretion.

13. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION
These Terms are governed exclusively by the laws of India.
All disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of the Courts of Hyderabad, Telangana.
